Janite is the founder and owner of Willow Wellbeing and for the last 10 years has been working independently as a Support Worker with vulnerable adults with physical disabilities, mental disabilities, dementia and special needs, supporting them to live independently in the community and enabling them to improve the quality of their lives.

Amy heads up the Worthing team and has been with us for two years, having worked in care for 10 years specialising in special needs and care of the elderly.
